Dr Stefan Jendersie joined the Leibniz Institute for Baltic Sea Research in 2025, working in marine observation. He was previously a Research Fellow at the National Modelling Hub, studying the interactions between sea ice, ice shelves and ice sheets, and polar ocean circulation reconstruction from paleo records.
