Smrithi Talwar

Dr Smrithi Talwar is an environmental lawyer and social scientist working on a range of areas at the interface of environment and development policy. Smrithi currently works on science impact and science to policy interfaces. Through her career she has specialised in the law and policy pertaining to the participatory management of natural resources focusing on marginalised communities; Identification of social risks in development project planning and mitigation of these social risks.
